Introduction

By registering, subscribing, or using the services of wniss Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the related policies of the platform.

Policy for Underage Users

  • Our services are not permitted for individuals under 18 years old unless there is explicit and documented consent from a parent or legal guardian.
  • We are committed to protecting the privacy of minors and reporting any abuse or suicide risks to the relevant authorities.
  • Both the minor and their guardian must agree to these Terms.

Individual Session Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Clients may cancel up to 4 times within every 30 days.
  • Full refund: Cancellation more than 12 hours before the session.
  • 75% refund: Cancellation 6–12 hours before the session.
  • 50% refund: Cancellation 3–6 hours before the session.
  • No refund: Cancellation less than 3 hours before the session.
  • Rescheduling: Allowed once per session (up to 5 sessions monthly) with at least 6 hours’ notice.
  • If the therapist does not attend within 15 minutes, the client is entitled to a full refund or rescheduling.

Couple Therapy

  • Additional fees may be set by the therapist if both partners attend.
  • Some offers may include joint sessions for couples.
  • If one partner is in Egypt and the other abroad, currency differences or additional fees may apply.

Offers

  • Offers are valid for a limited period or until stock lasts.
  • Eligibility is determined by the marketing team.
  • Offers may be withdrawn without prior notice.

Session Duration and Flexibility

  • Session duration: 60 minutes.
  • Punctuality for start and end times is mandatory.
  • Delays from the client may reduce the session time.
  • Therapists may end a session earlier based on professional assessment.

Package Policy

  • Full refund before using the package and within the validity period (45/75/120 days depending on the package type).
  • If sessions have been used, their original value will be deducted.
  • Before 12 hours: The session will be returned to the package.
  • Less than 12 hours: The session will be deducted.
  • If the therapist cancels or is absent: The session will be returned to the package.

wniss Wallet

  • Credit validity: 1 year.
  • Wallet balance is only valid in the country where it was added.
  • Transfers between wallets are possible.

Instant Sessions

  • Instant session duration: 60 minutes.
  • If the therapist does not confirm within 15 minutes, the session will be canceled, and the amount refunded to the wallet.

Requesting a Specific Time Slot

  • The feature can be used up to 10 times per month.
  • Therapists must respond between 12–3 hours before the requested appointment.

Therapists

  • Therapists hold the required qualifications.
  • They are independent professionals, not employees of the platform.
  • Client reviews help improve the service quality.

Liability and Disclaimer

  • The platform is not intended for medical emergencies.
  • In cases of suicide risks or crises, clients must contact emergency services immediately.
  • The platform is not responsible for internet issues or time zone differences but offers alternatives such as rescheduling.

Intellectual Property

  • All content (software, images, texts, etc.) is owned by the platform.
  • Copying, modifying, or distributing content without prior written consent is prohibited.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
  • Egyptian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
