Individual Session Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clients may cancel sessions <strong>up to 4 times within every 30-day period<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Full refund<\/strong>: If cancellation is made more than <strong>12 hours<\/strong> before the session time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>75% refund<\/strong>: If cancellation is made between <strong>6 \u2013 12 hours<\/strong> before the session time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>50% refund<\/strong>: If cancellation is made between <strong>3 \u2013 6 hours<\/strong> before the session time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No refund<\/strong>: If cancellation is made less than <strong>3 hours<\/strong> before the session time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Rescheduling Sessions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clients are entitled to <strong>reschedule each session once only<\/strong> (up to a maximum of 5 sessions per month), provided that notice is given at least <strong>6 hours prior<\/strong> to the scheduled time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. In Case the Therapist Does Not Attend<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the therapist does not attend within <strong>15 minutes<\/strong> of the scheduled session time, the client has the right to choose between:\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Receiving a <strong>full refund<\/strong> of the session fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rescheduling the session<\/strong> at another convenient time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Refund and Return Policy 1.
