    Individual Session Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    • Full refund if canceled 12 hours in advance.<\/li>\n
    • 75% refund when canceling 6-12 hours in advance.<\/li>\n
    • 50% refund when canceling 3-6 hours in advance.<\/li>\n
    • Less than 3 hours: No refunds.<\/li>\n
    • Reschedule once per session (up to 5 sessions per month) at least 6 hours in advance.<\/li>\n
    • If the therapist does not arrive after 15 minutes, The customer is entitled to a full refund or rescheduling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Couples therapy<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      • The processor determines the additional fees if the spouse is present.<\/li>\n
      • Some advertisements include sessions for couples together.<\/li>\n
      • If one party is inside Egypt and the other is abroad, currency differences or additional fees will be charged. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • Offers are valid for a limited time or until stocks last.<\/li>\n
        • Eligibility is determined by the marketing team.<\/li>\n
        • The offer may be withdrawn without prior notice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Session duration on the Al-Wanis platform: 60 minutes.<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Adherence to the start and end times is mandatory.<\/li>\n
          • The session time may be reduced if the client is late.<\/li>\n
          • The therapist may end the session early depending on the assessment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Package Policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n

            • Full refund before using the package and within the specified period (45\/75\/120 days depending on the package type).<\/li>\n
            • If sessions are used, their original value will be deducted from the amount. <\/li>\n
            • 12 hours before: The session is repeated for the package. <\/li>\n
            • Less than 12 hours: The session is deducted. <\/li>\n
            • In case of cancellation or absence of the processor: the session is reset to the package. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Al-Wanis Wallet<\/strong><\/h4>\n

              • The balance is valid for one year.<\/li>\n
              • The wallet is only valid in the country where the balance was added.<\/li>\n
              • Transfers between wallets are possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Instant sessions<\/strong><\/h4>\n

                • The duration of the immediate session is 60 minutes.<\/li>\n
                • If the processor does not confirm within 15 minutes, the session is cancelled and the money is returned to the wallet. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Request to allocate a time period<\/strong><\/p>\n

                  • The feature can be used up to 10 times per month.<\/li>\n
                  • The therapist will respond within 12-3 hours before the appointment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    • They are not considered employees of the platform, but rather freelancers.<\/li>\n
                    • Reviews help improve the service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      • In cases of suicide or crisis, emergency services should be contacted immediately.<\/li>\n
